We do not currently collect location information. In the event that in the future we collect location information, then if you have chosen to enable location services, we would automatically receive your location when you use the Services. We track aggregate statistics internally and we track aggregate statistics across larger portions of the Sites and/or the Services. These statistics sometimes include Personal Information such as your device’s unique identification number (“UDID”) to indicate unique users and usage. This information helps us track and analyze usage and performance of the Sites and/or the Services.
Air Tight Storage stores all data (including Personal Information) in the United States.

We may use such NPID, the results of such analyses and other NPID in our business for a variety of purposes – such as: to measure interest in the various areas of our Services and Sites, for development and/or marketing purposes, to improve the Sites and/or the Services, to develop new products, to launch new services and to inform and provide reports and analyses to Sponsors, customers and others.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request or to protect the safety, property or rights of Air Tight Storage or others.
We cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information. In the event that we are required by law to inform you of any unauthorized access to your personal information, we may choose to notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone at our sole discretion.
